Afterpay Day Sale Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Overview
The Afterpay Day Sale ("Promotion") is offered by KAS Australia and provides a 25% discount on eligible orders placed on the KAS Australia website (https://www.kasaustralia.com.au) during the promotional period. The discount is applicable when using the promotional code APDAY25 at checkout.

2. Promotional Period

The Promotion runs from 7:00 AM AEDT on Thursday, 20 March 2025, until 11:59 PM AEDT on Sunday, 23 March 2025 (“Promotional Period”).

3. Eligibility and Minimum Spend Requirement

• The Promotion is available to all customers who place an order on the KAS Australia website during the Promotional Period.
• A minimum spend of $150 is required to activate the 25% discount using the code APDAY25.

4. Exclusions

• The Promotion excludes all Ben David New Arrivals and all Artwork products available on the KAS Australia website.
• These excluded items do not contribute to the $150 minimum spend requirement, and no discount will be applied to them.
• The 25% off cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional codes or offers, including but not limited to:
• Welcome or first-purchase promotional codes

Any other sitewide or category-specific discounts

5. Loyalty Points & Gift Cards

• Loyalty reward points may be redeemed and applied toward eligible purchases within this promotion.
• The 25% discount cannot be applied to the purchase of Gift Cards.

6. Promotional Code Usage

• To receive the 25% discount, customers must enter the code APDAY25 at checkout.
• The promotional code must be entered at the time of purchase; it cannot be applied to orders after they have been placed.

7. General Terms

• All orders are subject to availability. KAS Australia reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
• KAS Australia is not responsible for any technical issues that may prevent customers from applying the discount code during the checkout process.
• The Promotion cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for any other products or services.

8. Refunds and Returns

• If a customer returns a product purchased during the Promotion, the refund will be based on the discounted purchase price. The 25% discount will not apply to replacement or exchange items.
• All returns and exchanges are subject to KAS Australia’s standard return policy, which can be found at https://www.kasaustralia.com.au/pages/returns-exchanges

10. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the Promotion, customers agree to these Terms and Conditions and the general terms and conditions of KAS Australia.

Redemption:

• KAS Australia gift cards and vouchers are redeemable for merchandise only and may be applied towards the purchase of products available at KAS Australia retail stores or through online transactions on the official KAS Australia website.
• These gift cards and vouchers cannot be used or redeemed at KAS Australia warehouse sales, external events, or any non-affiliated retail outlets.

Limitations:

• KAS Australia gift cards and vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded, except where required by law.
• The value on the gift card or voucher cannot be transferred to another card or redeemed for cash or credit.

Expiration:

• KAS Australia gift cards and vouchers do not have an expiration date and can be used until the full value has been redeemed.

Loss or Theft:

• KAS Australia is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards or vouchers. Treat these cards as cash.
• Lost or stolen gift cards or vouchers will not be replaced or refunded.

Balance Inquiry:

• For inquiries about the balance of a gift card or voucher, customers can visit any KAS Australia retail store or contact customer service online.

Fraud:

• KAS Australia reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold for review any gift card or voucher deemed to be obtained fraudulently.
• Fraudulent activities will be subject to appropriate legal actions.

Terms of Use:

Use of the KAS Australia gift card or voucher constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Modification:

• KAS Australia reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the official KAS Australia website.

Expiration:

• KAS Australia gift cards and vouchers are valid for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase.
• Expired gift cards or vouchers will not be accepted for redemption or refund.
• Any unused balance remaining on the gift card or voucher after the expiration date will be forfeited.

By purchasing, using, or accepting a KAS Australia gift card or voucher, the holder agrees to abide by these terms and conditions. For any further inquiries or assistance, please contact KAS Australia customer service.

Please note: All international orders placed on the KAS Australia website are for CUSHION COVERS ONLY.

Important Details for International Customers:

Cushion Inserts: Customers located outside of Australia will not receive polyester inserts with their cushion covers. International orders are limited to the cushion covers only.

Reason for Policy: This policy is in place to ensure the efficient delivery and to minimise shipping costs for our international customers.

Shipping: All other product types, aside from cushions, will be shipped as described on the product page. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, and shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend sourcing inserts locally in your country of destination to match your cushion covers. For the best fit, please refer to the cushion cover dimensions provided on our product pages.

The details of the promotional discount will be set out in the description of the specific promotion and the specific terms and conditions for the Promo Code as provided by KAS under an offer (“Offer”). You should also read these specific terms and conditions provided carefully before redeeming a Promo Code.

Promo Codes will have a unique or generic code and can be redeemed against orders of certain products online at www.kasaustralia.com.au only. Please see the specific Promo Code terms for details of the type of product orders to which you can apply your Promo Code. Any restrictions on the type of products against which you can redeem your Promo Codes will be set out in the specific terms for the Promo Codes.

You must enter the Promo Code during the checkout process when placing your order online otherwise the discount will not be applied to your order.

Only one Promo Code can be used per order of product. The Promo Code will expire on the date specified in the specific terms relating to the Promo Code. You cannot use the Promo Code after this date. If the specific terms relating to the Promo Code state that the discount is subject to a minimum purchase amount, postage and packing charges do not count towards the minimum purchase amount.

The Promo Code can only be used to purchase products under the Offer and only while stocks last. KAS will not be required to issue a further Promo Codes in the event that a particular product offered under the Offer is out of stock.

You cannot use a Promo Code in conjunction with any other sales discounts or promotional offers unless the specific terms relating to the Promo Codes state that you can combine the Promo Code with other offers. The Promo Code cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefit. Use of the Promo Code deems acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Coupon Codes will have a unique code and can only be redeemed against orders of products online at www.kasaustralia.com.au

You must enter the Coupon Code during the checkout process when placing your order online otherwise the discount will not be applied to your order.

Only one Coupon Code can be used per order of product.

The Coupon Code will expire six months from the date that it is provided by KAS to you. You will not be able to use the Coupon Code after this date.

You cannot use a Coupon Code in conjunction with any other sales discounts or promotional offers.

The Coupon Code cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefit and cannot be transferred or assigned. You must not publish or distribute the Coupon Code for redemption by any other person. Use of the Coupon Code deems acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

All prices are in Australian dollars and are as listed on the kasaustralia.co.au website. You can make purchases online with a credit card or using Paypal.

KAS Australia 'New Arrivals' are sold at full price only.

KAS Australia has the right to determine the period of time a product is considered NEW.

All content, including but not limited to, text, images, graphics, logos and other materials on this website and the website software are subject to the copyright and other intellectual property rights of KAS Australia (or its licensors). “KAS” and all associated trade marks are trade marks of KAS Australia.
